Potato Wedges
My mom makes the best potatoes and she says it's so simple! I wasn't convinced so I tried it myself ... she was right (of course!)!
 
            These potato wedges are very good to make with red potatoes, baby potatoes or even sweet potatoes or regular potatoes.
 
            Prep : 10 min
Cooking : 25-30 min (depending on the size of the wedges)
Ingredients
- Potatoes, washed and quartered 
- Olive oil 
- Salt & pepper 
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400F. 
- In a bowl, put the potato wedges and mix with the oil and pepper. 
- Transfer on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for about 25-30 minutes, until crispy. 
- Salt well and serve warm.
