Pigs in a blanket
This classic Pigs in a blanket is so easy to veganize, nobody will notice a difference!
Pillsbury crescents are one of these vegan foods by accident. And it makes us very happy!

Ingredients
1 package (318 g) Pillsbury Crescent dough
12 vegan hot dog sausages (2 packs of 275 g), cut in 2 (I used Yves sausages)
½ cup (125 ml) grilling cheeze, sliced (I used Gusta's Italiano cheeze)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone mat (or parchment paper).
Cut the crescent triangles into smaller triangles, to make 24 triangles (for the 24 pieces of sausage).
Place the sausage on the largest end of the crescent, add a piece of cheeze and roll. Place on the baking sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes, or until the crescent is golden brown. Can be reheated in the oven at 350 F for 10 minutes.
