Creamy Sauce

This creamy vegan caesar style sauce is so easy to make and delicious to add to all your bowls, salads and wraps. You won't be disappointed with its ultra creamy consistency.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) of soy cream (eg: Belsoy)

  • ⅓ cup (75 ml) nutritional yeast

  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp (10 ml) garlic powder

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dried oregano

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dried basil

  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) salt

  • Pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
